We urge our clients to use our online support system so we can build a database and resolve any future problems quicker. Specific help on using the system is available online and any questions or comments can be addressed by sending an email through our system or our contact page.

Dial ENTEGRATION’s support number at 877.366.3030. During the greeting message, please dial 80 and leave a detailed message. Our technicians will be notified immediately with your information and someone will get back to you within 30 minutes.

We will make every attempt to remotely respond within ONE hour. In most cases, response will be quicker. In the event of an emergency and a technician needs to be dispatched to your site, we will make every possible attempt to respond within two hours.

Q?How long will it take to respond to a support issue?

Q?What is a managed service provider (MSP)?
A.

A managed service provider (MSP) is a company that remotely manages a customer’s IT infrastructure and/or end-user systems, typically on a proactive basis and under a subscription model. Today, the terms “cloud service provider” and “managed service provider” are sometimes used as synonyms when the provider’s service is supported by a service level agreement (SLA) and its services are supported over the internet.

Managed services usually include: helpdesk/remote support, pro-active support, maintenance and monitoring, system management, security, application services , backups, cloud storage, business continuity/Disaster Recovery, web hosting etc.

Q?What should i do if my computer doesn’t turn on?
A.

First check the computer’s power cord to make sure it is completely plugged into the wall socket. You can also check and reset the connection in the back of the pc and the monitor. If you are using a plug strip, make sure it is completely plugged into the wall socket and that the power switch on the plug strip is turned on. Some plug strips also have a built in circuit breaker which usually looks like a black or red button near the power switch. Press the button to reset it and see if that solves the problem.

Q?What can I do if I cant send and receive email?
A.

Check that your computer is able to connect to the Internet and or if other computers are experiencing  connection problems, which would be causing your e-mail issue. Also you may want to check that you still have a WiFi connection/signal or reseat any wired cables.
